Scottish | Kobe Beef

The Highland cow is the oldest registered breed in the world. We now raise this traditional Scottish cow in the traditional Japanese fashion to produce a fusion --- Scottish Kobe beef. The diet of beer and grain, combined with regular massages with sake, produces what one food critic called "the caviar of beef." Please click here to find out more about this delicious beef.

Highland Cattle

Highlands relish rugged, even extreme conditions. They are disease-resistant, intelligent and even-tempered. Long lashes and thick, luxuriously lanky fur provide insulation and protection while they roam the fields, browsing on brush and grass. For more information about the breed, please click here.

Green Burials

We own Lord's Wood, a 17 acre ancient woodland overlooking the historic River Teme. Subject to planning approval, we wish to open this resource to the community as a green burial ground. For information about green burials in general, and about Lord's Wood, please click here. Please don't forget to visit our forum and let us have your comments.

Highland Straws

Lord Rannoch of Lucies has recently been examined by three fieldsmen from the Highland Cattle Society. This procedure is necessary whenever a bull is used in artificial insemination. Rannoch received high marks --- one fieldsman wrote, "an excellent example of the breed." Rannoch has been tested and quarantined, and his straws are now available for worldwide distribution. Please click here for more details, and to see his pedigree.
